The story
Everywhere bodies, symbol of the violence suffered by the founders of the Paris commune. Alfred, the city’s apothecary, tries to heal the wounded. He makes many ointments, disinfectants, and other things, taking with him his precious balance, that is necessary to prepare the concoctions. However, despite his bag, on the morning of 28 May, while he was bending over a wounded man, a roar occurred, a red and wet spot opened up on Alfred’s shirt, and he collapsed on his precious scales and weights. He will never get up again. The scales are forever tilted towards injustice. However, it will still be useful to many people, perfect as a historical decoration, bringing back to those troubled times of the 19th century.
